John Lewis Executive to Keynote Descartes Omni-Channel Retail & Home Delivery Summit

Descartes Systems Group the global leader in uniting logistics-intensive businesses in commerce, announced that Dino Rocos, John Lewis Partnership’s Operations Director, is scheduled to be the keynote speaker at Descartes’ Omni-channel Retail and Home Delivery Summit in London, on October 15th, 2013. At the event, retail executives can learn first-hand how industry leaders, such as John Lewis, have successfully applied omni-channel retail strategies to home delivery and how it has helped them capture market share and profit.

Descartes has assembled a number of industry experts, including Stuart Higgins, Retail Partner at LCP Consulting, and Robert Gregory, Global Research Director at Planet Retail, to speak on the key omni-channel challenges and opportunities that retailers face today. The speakers will provide best practice advice on the latest advances in retail home delivery across the globe.

The event will be held from 10:00am until 3:00pm at the American Square Conference Center, 1 American Square London, EC3N 2LB.
