Smartanalysis gets smarter at the CV Show – Stand 4F118.
Descartes’ Smartanalysis, the UK’s leading tachogragraph analysis and compliance management Software as a Service has become even smarter with SmartLicence, an integrated driving licence management and verification service with DVLA.
Employers need to ensure that anyone driving on behalf of the company is licensed and entitled to drive. With around 22% of drivers using out of date documents and 1 million just 3 points away from a disqualification a visual check of a driving licence once a year is not enough. Things can change very quickly and licence details should be verified with DVLA at least twice a year.
At The CV Show 2014 on stand 4F118 Descartes will be demonstrating how you can set the frequency of licence checks with DVLA based on the drivers’ risk profile using SmartLicence. As with Smartanalysis, once it is set up everything happens in the background. Users can subscribe to reports and alerts and have the results emailed to them. The licence verification is conducted online with the DVLA and results are normally received overnight. The transport operators’ tachograph and driving licence data is safe, secure and always available should the authorities want to see it.
Busy Transport Managers can now manage their compliance with tachograph regulations, drivers’ hours and the Working Time Directive whilst ensuring their drivers are licensed to drive, any time and any place via the internet with a subscription to Smartanalysis. Full details are available on Descartes’ new SmartCompliance website.
Descartes will also be providing a demonstration and full details of their routing and scheduling solutions for fleets of all sizes.
Visit stand 4F118 to find out how to save time, money and headaches in managing compliance and how you can realise the benefits of optimising your transport operations.
