Drivers’ hours prosecutions is the No1 offence in VOSA Effectiveness Report
VOSA has published their effectiveness report for 2012 to 2013. It contains data on HGV testing and enforcement activity, with details on volumes and outcomes for both.
No real surprise to see Drivers’ hours and tachograph infringements top of the offences for prosecution list for another year.
