A Co Armagh haulage company was fined £2,500 at Dungannon Magistrates’ Court on Monday 11 February 2013 for failing to produce tachograph and drivers’ hours  records relating to twenty vehicles.

This follows an investigation by the Driver and Vehicle Agency in Northern Ireland into the operation of commercial goods vehicles by Total Freight Ltd. Despite letters to the company requesting tachograph records for analysis, no records were produced.
