Smartanalysis is easy to implement and use. However, help is always available to make sure your questions are answered and any issues are resolved quickly.

When you just need to speak to someone, our Descartes Service Desk Support team -based at our main office in Chippenham – is available from 8.30am until 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. They have in-depth knowledge of our software (Smartanalysis and Soloplus) and the hardware (Smartcard readers, download devices etc) we offer. The team is also able to help with your enquiries on compliance relating to Drivers’ Hours Law, Working Time Directive and tachograph legislation.
Our advisors form effective on-going working relationships with our clients who get to know them by name. They will keep things clear and simple, avoiding technical talk and jargon wherever possible.
The Descartes Service Desk can assist with any aspect of Smartanalysis, from selecting the right hardware for your operation to setting up the reports that you want. If required the team can connect to your PC and provide remote assistance as if they were sitting right next to you using TeamViewer. The support team has access to our in-house software developers and partners to ensure that you get a fast resolution to any issue raised.
