A Co Armagh heavy goods vehicle operator and his driver were both fined £1,500 at Armagh Magistrates' Court today for tachograph irregularities following an investigation carried out by the Driver & Vehicle Agency (DVA) in Northern Ireland. The vehicle operator and driver were each fined £500 for each of the six charges of failing to take the statutory daily rest in May and June 2015. Making it expensive missed breaks.
