Get started with Smartanalysis

Getting started with Smartanalysis tachograph analysis is easy and you could be using it in minutes.

There are two options available to subscribe to Smartanalysis – Pre-Pay for or Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) for operators with more than 10 drivers.

1. Smartanalysis Pre-Pay – To help with COVID-19 we are offering an additional 2 months for free with every new Pre-pay subscription taken out for a limited period.

Smartanalysis Pre-Pay is the smart way to sign-up to Smartanalysis. By pre-paying for your subscription, you will save time in having to pay monthly invoices and money over the Pay-As-You-Go rates. The pre-pay rates are based on 1 driver working up to 220 days in a 12 month period. If you use agency or part-time drivers simply add their working days over a 12 month period and divide by 220 to get the equivilent full-time driver count.

2. Pay-as-you-go at 25p per driver per day for digital records and 35p per analogue chart.

PAYG is only available for operators with more than 10 drivers, if you have 10 drivers or less please subscribe to a pre-pay account.

First you will need to create your free Smartanalysis account. Simply complete the form below, please ensure that your details are correct, as we will send your Smartanalysis user account details and welcome instructions to this email address.This will give you access to the Smartanalysis web site where you can see the reports, tools and user help for yourself. By completing your details you will be registered as the main contact for Smartanalysis at your company. Once you are registered and set up, you may add as many users as you wish from your company – our support team will be happy to show you how to do this.

With PAYG there is no need to sign a contract, commit to a subscription or direct debit mandate.You only pay for the data you submit to Smartanalysis and we invoice one month in arrears. Digital driver downloads to Smartanalysis are a maximum of 25p per driver per working day and analogue charts are 35p per chart. There are no charges for VU downloads. All invoices are itemised so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
